Happy Easter Everybody!
We had a nice day, but it was weird to celebrate Easter with so much snow still on the ground. I was thinking it would be funny to have an Easter egg hunt in the snow with unpainted eggs. How cruel would that be?!?!?
It was a fun weekend... We had dinner with friends Friday night in Salt Lake while the kids had some fun with Aunt Julie. Who knew she worked at the airport? Saturday we went bowling and shopping and made Easter cookies. Sunday we went to church and had my grandma and uncle and his family over for dinner. The roasted asparagus was a hit once again! I'm chopping up the leftovers for a pasta salad tonight...
